That's how I felt about his not "helping" in finding a solution, since Hillary is obviously doing everything she can to win, and I saw no reason for him to aid her. But if he begins actively getting in the way of it, it could work against him. Obama is plenty political. He has a very smart team. Still, one of his greatest draws is that he occasionally rises above the politics. Color me idealistic. I just finished Founding Mothers and I can't believe George and Martha Washington, and the Adamses. What incredible people. Of course, there was plenty of slime around then, too.
