Definitely not. But I haven't seen any proposal that would concretely lead to a resolution. Best I could tell all the Florida and Michigan proposals were simply not workable. And since then the proposals coming from the Clinton camp treat the issue as only a political tool, rather than a serious matter.

I have some hope, however dim, that this will all be settled well before Denver and the delegations from both states will be fully seated. But serious predictions at this point look to be all wrong.
