The issue of re-votes involves:

state legislatures
state voting laws
state courts
state national party officials
the two campaigns
the DNC
funding

For re-votes to be held and be legal, all those groups and factors would have to be satisfied. Good luck. Pointing fingers because FL and MI screwed themselves quite knowingly is a vain exercise.
