Yeah. Surely so. They wouldn't stand the light of day. Yet full transparency is one of the answers to this mess. If we could actually SEE and EVALUATE who's worth what, the market could make reasonable adjustments and go on. As it is, everybody (or almost everybody is just guessing and the guesses change with every news item, creating volatility. I think we should take the medicine and end this. Maybe a 3 year recession or depression, then start to head back up. We'll probably ed up with the same standard of living in a decade and a buck thats worth a buck. But that isn't going to happen. It isn't politically feasible. It requires a President and Congress willing to take a bullet for the country. Instead we shall suffer the death of a thousand cuts.
