IMO most of the bullish arguments (say, buying by insiders or Kass's "omens") are long-term in nature (a year or so). Based on sentiment and technicals, one can also make a case for a tradable rally lasting a few months.

Concerning short-term (window dressing) - there is still some time left :) IMO today we may have seen stops being taken out below S&P 1330 in preparation for a mini-rally. Historically, the end of March is sort of neutral, but the first few days of April are very positive.

So, regardless of whether you are an investor or a trader, it's time to be long (g). Just kidding, but personally I am betting on some strength in days-months ahead.
