the stock recedes and flat lines for a while. But it's irrational - tho as you've said the market can stay irrational longer than one can stay solvent. I do have a rule never to double down - but I violated it today big time :-( CHK was certainly getting into overbought territory, I have to concede.

Chancels, it is not clear at all to me that a gas crisis is starting. I think we're in the midst of a liquidity fueled commodity bubble.
