Yeah I bought mt fist at the start of the last boom in Toronto.. About 225% up... 2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats... lots of my own time and sweat in the landscaping, patio, reno etc., nice neighbourhood... sitting it out not too palatable in my circumstance... home is clear.

When I bought my first home rentals were very tight in Toronto.. My initial mortgage rate was 10.5%... and it was still way cheaper to carry a home than rent an equivalent...

I feel an old Byrds tune coming on.. To everything .. turn turn..

Sitting tight ...
