How can the mayor of Detroit be one of a kind when he's accompanied by Bill Clinton, Barney Frank, Elliot Spitzer and his replacement?

BS The Good Mayor of Detroit and his Chief of Staff fired the cops investigating them. It cost 8.4 million dollars to the city. They both lied under oath and their text messaged surfaced proving perjury, conspiracy etc and the number of counts are in the 40s.
