John,read Gene Epstein in this weeks Barrons on commodities.A simple rule change by the CFTC on position limits by commodity index funds could send commodities down by 30-50%.Overnight disaster to those in commodities and those in ETF's such as EWZ(Brazil).Recently sold all my EWZ and most my gold after 5 years of pounding the table and telling people to get out of the US $ and into these funds/indexs.Dont bet against deflation in the short run.Inflation will come late to the rescue.Will be back in gold by then.
