Which illustrates another problem with our current system. Insurance companies are in business to avoid ill people. They love to cherry pick. The Republicans basically say 'we will give you a larger tax break to pay for insurance'. I don't see how that fixes the rejection problem, and IMO this is too important an area not to fix. Okay, off the soapbox <ggg>.
