One reason we consider adults free to make decisions for themselves is that we assume they are not being deluded and preyed upon. "...preaching your "honorable" BS...BTW One characteristic of honorable beings is that we have interests in and tend toward the conduct of providing sheilds and care for others likely to become the target of exploitation or other forms of injurious personal violation. "... are you so boring in person?" I am a very private person who prefers my relatively calm and uneventful life, to other options...but have been known to rise to an occasion when less than calm is called for. "I reckon I'll never come for that 4PM tea with you...etc etc" I've no interest what-so-ever in such an event. You must have dreamed that up in your fantasy wallow.
