re: ?! You trust SPSN management? It's more or less ok imo. I like several aspects a lot better though: Their technology (both fabs and chips) is rather good compared to competition. Their roadmap (again both for fabs and new chip designs) is too. The completion of Numonyx helps. If Samsung doesn't dump prices Spansion will have a rather good time starting end this spring. OTOH if pricing is really bad compared to normal seasonal declines Spansion will need to take quite serious actions as their cash is running out fast. Even at these low levels it's risky for this reason; which is why it is as low as it is. Regards, Rink
