WE- -this generation. NOW. With increasing population growth and a increasing proportion of that population demanding and (so far) able to get a higher standard of living, we are looking at a natural resource disaster. The prices are already going up. Yeah, we might find new sources for some or all of them, but then we just use up the new sources. Unless we can get to another planet or planetary system (not likely in the time we have) we face disaster.
