what about the issue of israel and palestine?

what of mesopotamia?

and what about the lie that is "Buddhist culture – rooted as it is in the values of universal compassion", even as we are watching on BBC (we can forget CNN) compassion at grisly work?

is the self-claimed political leader not responsible for the actions of his captains?

before genuine talks can begin, must not the simple man first come clean on his funding source, own historical actions, and apologize for past murderous actions?

as self-claimed political leader, why does he not appeal to the arsonists and looters so well organized and at his command?

in any case, the simple man, backed by hollywood types and others ignorant of history, has over played his limited and dirty hand, at a moment and in a way that is easy for enough to see.

unfortunately, unless the prc officialdom can astutely manage, retribution will be exacted by one tribe against another, a familiar aftermath when sustained empire meddling takes place in places far far away - a typical and sordid tale of the great game instigated long ago in a place just as far away, under the guise of civilization this and self-determination that.
