There is no need to apologize. I should have been more clear about what <NO POLITICS> really means. The <no politics> position on this thread is to prevent the mindless cheerleading and bashing the truely devoted are apt to engage in for their anointed savior. I see no reason that an open discussion regarding politics on the world stage or a critique of domestic incumbents should be prohibited. This applies for everyone. Knowledge is always good.

And, the weekends are more or less open for just about anything.

What we want to avoid are polarized partisan discussions that in most cases are just meaningless.
