Like most Chinese-related companies, CDS' history and information are kind of sketchy, because they are new and unproven. I do like the fact that they are based in the U.S., moved from the OTC:BB to AMEX (not many companies make it off the OTC:BB), and appear to have growing profits.

Secondary offerings are a problem with a holding company like CDS because they always want to raise new capital for new investments. The diversified investments are a good thing though, it makes CDS more like a mutual fund. I am not going to chase CDS, but if it falls to $6, I think it's a buy. It might be one of those stocks that is only a matter of time before it gets discovered by The Street. China is the hot investment sector right now, and that's where CDS is invested.

If I buy, I'll start a CDS thread here at SI, so it can be discussed on that thread.
