Read the blurb above and what Dave posted, votes are optional. On the other hand we both were banned for nothing more insulting than questioning his competence. Obviously most would consider this nothing more harmless than constructive criticism but not him. He justified this to me by saying you can't call a 'waterhead' a 'waterhead' even if it's true because it would hurt a waterhead's feelings to be reminded of what they are ;-). There is no arguing with fundamentally flawed logic like that. Also the fact he is quite willing to happily converse with you now shows he doesn't really believe in his decisions either.
