That is a great question and I am sure that there are numerous contributors to that mentality. Not wanting to take this thread way off topic, I will pass on specifics for know, but in general, I think that things related to the disintegration of the family, the so called "separation of church and state" and the concept of a corporation being too beg to fail so that we can't allow it to fail are some of the major issues.
