That seems about right, but my recollection is from a lot of sources not easily revisited. In any case I don't believe Numonyx has any current 65nm/300mm capacity of it's own. As you say they will have to get it, most likely, from INTC.

Too bad we'll never get a shot at the Numonyx financials. INTC and STM are still going to have to bankroll Numonyx, either directly or indirectly.
