"Evidence" suggests there is a court proceeding. Terrorists are POWs. You don't NEED any evidence. I thought there had to be "evidence" for there to be at least probable cause to jail (let alone torture) someone for five years. If Angela Merkel had not asked the busH to let him go, he'd still be in jail in Afghanistan. What does that mean? That if a high ranking official intercedes on a "terrorist's" behalf, that he is no longer a "terrorist"? It looks like you've regressed...assuming that's possible. Al

You think they can claim someone is a terrorist without any evidence, and then hold and torture him for five years just for the hell of it. Do you have a soul? Oh what do you care? I don't, at all.
