They led the mkt and economy down. The powers that be are trying to reverse that psychology.
What they'd like to say?
"Everyone get excited and hop on the happy bus."

But you know something's really not kosher when the IBs rally on news of more regulation- assuming it's legitimate regulation. Of course, we're not being told it's nothing but more control over fleecing taxpayers.
