The fact, or pointing out the fact, that the government feeds off the economy in a similar way to how a parasite feeds off its hosts, has next to no connection to not respecting the rule of law, or not thinking the government should do anything. The analogy is simple, and within limits very accurate. The government takes, and if it takes to much it weakens the host, and eventually itself. In this cases its a symbiotic relationship because it also provides benefits, but it still weakens, and could destroy "the host" by taking too much.
