One additional fact....the lender orders the appraisal. the agent can't get the buyers a copy. The buyers must get it from the lender.

Does Ebay have an obligation to warn buyers that they are paying too much on an item?

Ebay gets paid to put buyers and sellers together ...

Your average realtor really isn't qualified to tell you whether you are paying a good price or a bad price for the house ... he or she may KNOW whether you are getting a good price, but at least here in Florida to opine on that you have to be a licensed appraiser.
