We always have to write a big check and quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of it. If they want to give money to every Tom, Dick and Harry, that doesn't want to work or that crosses the boarder illegally, they need to do it without my money.

We work very hard for what we have and would like to enjoy the fruits of all these years of hard work but we can't because we have to go into debt once a year to pay for all this crap to people who could care less how many hours we had to work, now many times we missed things at school because of work.

It's just really pissing me off!!!!

<<Flexibility is great since I'm trying to get my personal taxes done.>>

I filled out my questionaire and took it to the CPA last week. I'm dreading looking at the results. Wife spent so much on remodeling last year she cashed in a $50k paid up whole life policy and that gets taxed. If she would have told me first I would have given her the money.

Then the farm. When prices were low I started saving some grain in storage. 30 cents in storage worked out to $2.50 more per bushel with no production costs. I had prepaid all the costs for last years crop so with the jump in prices and my prepaids my income for the year tripled.
