$850 is a reasonable target

I've been reading that time and time again lately. Perhaps the necessary capitulation will be deemed to require a lower number.

IMO, it's the fear of 850 which is the floor. This is the fifth time gold is testing 900. It's more resilient than people think. At the same time, I'd like to see it dip below 900 for a short term firesale. I guess we shall see as always, one day at a time.

Kind of reminds me when gold was in the low $400s and everybody including the bulls were looking for the low to mid $300 to get back in. This is what causes buying panics because when all think the same thing they are wrong.
Looks like we may be setting up for an oil spike...Hmmmm coiled and primed with lateral support and MAs rising...looks like $125-$150 in April
