Who knows, the whole article seems unreliable. But I wouldn't be surprised if Numonyx does have 32nm processes working considering that INTC probably already does. What that means though is strictly up to interpretation. What process are they using Aquious/Dry? Whose equipment?

As far as I know there is nothing else out there other than floating gate and MirrorBit for NOR memory.

To me Numonyx and Samsung are both going to need something other than floating gate if they want to compete with MirrorBit. However, you can bet that something will come along that consolidates all the different forms of memory into one type of NV solution. As far as I can tell, for the moment, that memory is MirrorBit.
