TMA -- There will be more than 3 billion shares outstanding after all is said and done. Today's common closing price of $1.21 places a common equity value of close to $4 billion, almost four times its nominal book value as of last December. Shorting TMA common above $1 (if you can find shares to short) should be like shooting fish in a barrel.
