Unless a deal is made ahead of the convention and announced the Convention is where the battle will shift.

Rove's article lays out very well how to work the National Convention in a close contest.

No doubt both Hillary and Obama are preparing for that scenario and will have their teams of floor managers connected to their command centers.

Rove made some points that either candidate's campaign would be wise to consider.

Love him or hate him...many people want to hear what Rove has to say.

The fact is...neither candidate will have enough delegates to clinch the nomination leaving the issue wide open for all kinds of conjecture.

Few, have better or more timely credentials to comment on the matter than Rove.
