I did too ! No, there was no MU between the Ahousaht and DSR. They had to abandon drilling plans because of the lack of one. We speculated what would happen if an MU could be achieved, pitting an alliance of DSR and the first nation against the greens. It could be interesting.

MR and the future. I think advancing age has dimmed my speculative fervour. I'm more interested now in a PF of lasting value, superior to cash, that can be drawn upon if/when required. I think New Gold with its management and assets will fit the bill nicely even if it doesn't climb further.

TRX; As I see it, Mt Milligan affords the opportunity to invest a billion dollars to yield ~18% per annum at base rate metal prices.... and then to reinvest the cash flow in their other asset, Berg. The major shareholder of about 58% of the equity is Goldcorp. Although G has shown little interest in providing funds, it seems to me unlikely that they will decline to provide good offices to help arrange the financing when such a return is offered to them as major shareholder. Here again, though, the stumbling block may be the absence of an MU with First Nations.

Good Luck with Lithic! My other major specs in the sector are Aurizon (a producer), Lake Shore Gold (a near producer), and Chariot, approaching feasibility. And then theres LYM, (so far just a waste of time). No more room or cash !
