How many acres of farmland do they own? Last I checked in on CRESY, the valuation was ridiculously cheap from an asset perspective. What do you think of its Argentine relatives, IRS and APSA?

Funny you should mention Nortel... I had a buy stop hit on that one this morning when it rose above its March high. But I don't like the volume so far.

I'll never forget the Nortel collapse. It was just by good fortune that I didn't own it, but I was living in Ottawa, ON at the time. It was in almost everybody's retirement portfolio.

I'll take a look at CRESY -- I like the idea South America and global real estate -- especially if central banks worldwide are going to attempt to stave off a financial crisis by following a helicopter Ben approach to money supply.
