TMA trading at $1.60+ in premarket. The deal announced will result in some 3.1 billion shares outstanding. This makes TMA's market capitalization $5 billion, which is more than when it was trading in the twenties last year.

Something does not compute.


No kidding.....they sold out the shareholders to make this deal happen. Nonetheless I think this stock gets back up to $5 which will be a 400% return for me. If wrong, the worst that can happen is I break even or lose a few dollars.
