Mr. Chris Staargaard reports

LITHIC INTERSECTS MORE ZINC-INDIUM+/-COPPER MINERALIZATION AT CRYPTO

Lithic Resources Ltd. has released additional assay results for the Crypto project located in western Utah where zinc-copper-indium mineralization occurs as multiple stratigraphically controlled skarns and replacement bodies hosted in a shallow-dipping carbonate sequence near the contact with a quartz monzonite/rhyolite intrusive. Hole C-07-04 is vertical and was collared near the western flank of the deposit. Technical difficulties resulted in its termination at a depth of 594.1 metres before reaching all target horizons. Hole C-07-05 is vertical, was collared near the eastern flank of the deposit, and was drilled to a depth of 640.1 metres.

Numerous intervals of zinc-indium mineralization containing variable amounts of copper were encountered, the more significant ones being listed in the table. A plan and sections illustrating the locations of holes reported to date are available at the company's website.

In addition, analytical results for indium have now been received for hole C-07-03 and the more significant intercepts are listed in the table. Zinc and copper assays for these intervals were previously reported in Stockwatch Feb. 13, 2008.

Two rigs are currently drilling holes C-08-11 and C-08-12, and approximately 3,200 metres in five to six holes remain in the current program which is aimed mainly at confirming and expanding the historical zinc resource established by Cyprus Minerals and will lead to an updated resource estimate. Additional drill targets include the extensions of high-grade silver-lead-zinc mineralization at the formerly producing Utah mine, geophysical anomalies identified in 2006 that could represent an entirely new zone of Crypto-style zinc mineralization and porphyry-style molybdenum mineralization encountered in past drilling. The company is well financed to complete this program of work.
