They're right - if they would only have been successful in 1993 while Gore was VP - we never would have had 9/11. Are you trying to suggest that the '93 bombing represents some kind of success in preventing terrorism for the United States? In case you missed it, Clinton's weakness against both Saddam and bin Laden is what got us in the situation we're in today. Saddam should have been removed the first time he violated the cease fire agreement. As noted in my previous post, Sandy Berger's cold feet allowed bin Laden to escape when he could have easily been killed.
