What, on earth, does that have to do with ANYTHING? I assume you are referring to the PBD delivered early in August, 2001 -- one month before 9/11? A document that, boiled down to a single sentence, said, "There are terrorists in this country who want to attack us"? Don't play stupid...from the day bush took office there were loud warnings, we now know well...yet you blame clinton for 9/11...just as you do carter for reagan's failures...the inconsistencies are glaring.
