Well, it looks like what he got is nearly worthless. It was supposed to be an extension of his original warranty with a $250 deductible. All the numerous troubles he's had over the past 3 years on the original warranty were completely taken care of, less the deductible. So, naturally, he expected this to be handled the same way. Not so!
