Well, Duhhhh, Pro...

Remember all the pledges and promises from Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney about the very fact that we would not be in this predicament. All the neocon nonsense about the war paying for itself, our being out in force within six months.

Don't pretend now that Mr. Bush and company expected to be where we are six years in....they didn't. They admit it.

So it appears you are willing to still be where we are now six years from now. Foolish. Whatever for? It won't stand by itself while we hold the strings.

You don't want to pay for it..you have already said people pay enough taxes...so...DUUUUUHHHHH, how do you propose we pay for this grand scheme. cut spending? Mr. Bush (cough, cough) the conservative, never thought of that. Maybe McCain will actually put that choice in front of people and let the tough choices be made.

And honestly, to list the house of cards achievements and then say, "well sure, it will all fall down if we walk away"...think about what that means. We are not supposed to be occupying a nation that can't manage itself. That was never the plan. Five years more at a hundred billion dollars? Ten?

Not the place to make the stand and pay the dough.

And if you pay al Sadr ends up as Prime Minister (although I don't think he would take the "pay cut"), you will still support the Iraq democracy?
