I apologize for that... was very late when I posted the article and I must have forgotten to include a descriptive heading when I cross-posted the link to you.

The article was about the developments in Basra, and with reference to al Sadr and Maliki. (From Der Speigel)

Thought it contained some very good information about what was going on (& maybe why), the prize that the regional oil wealth represents, and the various militias contesting... that I hadn't seen in most US media coverage. (Also a link showing pictures from the fighting....)
