3% is not get rich quick territory. Returns on investment are generally at Happy Meal levels rather than America's Cup levels.

The world is basically wealthy, with a dearth of great ideas and management. Hence low investment returns [generally]. Which means the quality control in human DNA needs a huge upgrade. Eugenics has never gone out of fashion, despite rumours to the contrary. Women continue to conduct eugenics, casting hordes of males to the end of the line extinction zone.

But they need help. Just looking at the prospective applicants for the next generation is like judging a book by its cover.

Women need DNA selection and engineering to help them do what they like doing and for which they are designed.

With human life expectancy now nearer 80 years than 40, which was common a century ago, low returns on investment are more acceptable because people can expect to be around to spend their hard earned money and compounding interest for decades to come. When life expectancy is 40 years, it's better to live for the day and spend without delay.

Recommendation - ditch gold, buy genetic engineering technology.
