There are alot more knowns than unknowns at this point. McCain is hardly an unknown. We've seen his effectiveness at campaigning in past elections and in his current campaign. Singularly unimpressive is the way to describe both. And keep this in mind, I'm actually a fan of McCain's. I would have preferred to vote for him instead of Bush in 2000. But looking at the facts as they stand today, including all the stats, it just doesn't look promising for him. Sorry if that disappoints you.
