No, I had not seen that. It certainly sounds like exactly the kind of move I would expect from any one of the companies I am invested in. Management will continue to feed off options like pigs at a trough. No matter, I am in to make money. I am not in to hold any of these stocks beyond the next cyclical peak for these stocks. Although I certainly do not expect to have perfect timing I think CMOS will eventually advance much higher than my last purchase price. I plan on selling for a profit. Thanks for sharing the bad news. ;-) RtS
