This bill will espcially help Emcore. Seriously, for the Chinese solars, the bill is window dressing. How much of Chinese solars' business is in the U.S.? Not much. For Emcore, this bill is very big, it means that big California contract goes from something like 200 MW to 750 MW, and you know it will lead to new and expanded orders from other customers. Just look at what this small $4 Million+ contract did for EMKR today. May will be good for Emcore if this bill passes.
