My whole point was that the valuation of the enterprise derived by just dividing $150m by .065 is too high.

I would certainly short Numonyx if it were publicly traded. It's hard for me to see how they make a go of it.

I doubled up on SPSN when the deal closed - one of my concerns was that they would not be able to close the deal and so the blank checks from Intel and STM would continue.
