I have a friend in Sacramento, Ca with over 11 retail commercial properties. He has done well over the years and he is in this with a few other partners. So he is not really concerned, however, he mentioned that almost all the renters are worried about the economy. Couple of the businesses closed down and closed doors. A few were late with their payments already and a few others have been helped by lowering their rents.
