Few homeowners realize that the builders are the enemy keeping existing home prices down especially when too much new stuff is built on spec or for a flipper.. I agree the new home construction industry needs to go on sabatical for a few years just like those who overbuilt fiber optic cable early this decade and do their part to get existing inventory back in balance..
