No he didn't serve 6 years in the Marine Corps. He change to a noncombatant role in the Navy. The word is he declared Concientious Cbjector Status and was granted it.

Bullfrog Wright joined the marines, never saw action, and transferred to the Navy where he was a cardiopulmonary tech...in other words I imagine he took exrays and gave breathing treatments.

BTW...where DID O'bama serve and where DID Shrillary serve??

Bush was in the TANG and requested duty in VN. However, the aircraft he was flying was unsuitable for service in VN.

Supposedly Hillary tried to get into the Marines in 75 but was not accepted because of poor eyesight. Maybe they were bulging too much?
