I've been jobless twice before. My past plight is hardly intrusive and indicative to just me. It's with many Americans and non Americans working in this country now. I've often thought how do you build a near perfect American Company to make it fair for everybody. I'm just one of many mere mortals who might think that. Who doesn't want to be happy and stay happy. A college graduate is but one who has the learned skills. IMO-They make the best candidates for business corporations who are willing to grow. Applying the learned skills to real life is the challenge. IMO-Long term Successful Business creators know they one day will need help to continue. They should pick the most skilled who can apply business skills to both the company & workers. It's up to the college graduates to listen to their workers. It's up to the workers to know & understand. It's not what the company can do for you, but what you can do for the company. It's up for boards to know their being watched by both their workers and investors. Not from a business sense that directors need to take their ideas and wants. Only that they listen. I'm glad their are others who still want to build companies. I'm glad their are founders who choose to focus on just business. I am grateful their are founders who have balance. I am glad for those self business owners. I am glad their are workers & families that can balance both.

I will try and do what it takes to be happy, but I also accept the facts of change, and life. The vicious cycle is only as bad as one makes it to be. No philosophy intended.
