the stock was never at $2. before the stock was THPW it was NVAS, and before that it was something else. So the past has nothing to do with THPW.

Oct 2006 is when the stock became offically THPW, and the reason why it is down from .50, or down from .80 when it was NVAS, is because when it went public in oct 2006 an extra 150 million shares were thrown into the open market.
