If you are more worried about $15 gas than terrorism threats, why in hell wouldn't you support the Iraqi war? All you liberals claim the war is about getting access to oil, so isn't that consistent with your objective of keeping oil prices down? Funny that you somehow still think the Iraq war is productive. It's not only destabalizing the ME, it is raising the price of oil, decreasing the value of the dollar, saddling generations with debt, has already ruined our image in the world, is creating terrorists on a daily basis... and torn apart tens of thousands of American families. The way to make the ME irrelevant is to come close to energy independence through conservation and alt energy technology. Not war. Iraq has been subject to invasions for 1000's of years, we are not changing anything. The biggest threat to this country is economic. Oil is the lifeblood of our economy, and it's price and availability are out of our control. OPEC could send us into an endless depression with a stroke of the pen... We've had two serious foreign terrorist attacks in our history, both by the same guy. We are probably about due for another... and the country will survive. You are so short sighted you must be legally blind.
