Heartland America is strong enough and wise enough to keep the two coasts from tipping the teeter-totter. It is unfortunate that some great wizard succeeded in tipping the country right and then left, causing all of the nuts to roll either toward the Atlantic and then the Pacific. But us dolts and dunderheads from corn country will keep the nation on an even keel. Obama might be the Senator from Illinois but his thought patterns and ingrained habits are as far from midwestern as one can get. Obama ain't no Abraham Lincoln.
