How about Arctic Oil & Gas Corp. (AOAG.PK). 1 cent. They claim to be locking up the rights to oil and gas in the Artic. Down from $4 last fall all the way to a penny. Based in Las Vegas (big red flag). Probably a PR scam and will revserse split, but you never know with these pennies?
